The FEARLESS™ Method is a clinically supported, 10-week virtual health coaching program designed to help young, early-stage female breast cancer survivors reduce fear of cancer recurrence, rebuild whole-person wellness, and improve health outcomes.

Meet Lisa R. Murphy, DNP

Lisa R. Murphy, DNP, APRN is a doctorate-level, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner & Nationally Certified Health Coach. She is the CEO of aRise Up Organization and provides lifestyle management health coaching services. She partners with her clients to help them rise above their health challenges and achieve wellness goals using a kind, holistic, and medically supported approach focused on the mind, body, and spirit.

What Is Lifestyle Medicine?

An unhealthy stress level can create imbalances in your life. I will help you build resistance and resilience to chronic stress and restore you to balance.

Exercise is medicine and provides numerous health benefits. I will partner with you to develop a personalized physical activity routine and set exercise goals that are safe, effective, and enjoyable.

Adequate Sleep

The National Sleep Foundation recommends adults get 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night. I can help you develop ways to achieve restorative and enhanced sleep.

Nutrition

Food is medicine and health creation begins at the end of your fork.

Every bite you take can create health or it can create disease.

The approach we will use to power you back to health is a personalized, whole food and plant powered dietary pattern.

You will learn how to treat food as fuel and create space for ultimate healing through guided detoxification.

Avoidance of Risky Substances

Substances such as tobacco, alcohol, sugar, salt, and fat can be misused. I will help you effectively address any substance problems you may be facing and regain control.

Positive Relationships, Strong Support System, Purpose & Connection

Loneliness can lead to disease. I will help you create a lifestyle built on the foundation of self-love and compassion and learn how to develop deeper connections with yourself and others. Together we will give rise to your highest purpose. We will focus your healing using my health trinity: love, longevity, and legacy.
